The Structure
This plan is a challenge that’s designed to take your time trialling steady state power to the next level. Each day has a specific focus to build your FTP, and help you ride in your TT position.
Week 1: A week designed to build your ability handle long efforts.
Week 2: A much more intense week with focus on shorter but harder efforts.
Week 3: This week will sharpen your ability to hold a high pace no matter the terrain.
Week 4: This will really give you a break and make sure that you are ready for any hard training over the next few weeks.
